From Salt Lake City, take I-80 West toward Nevada to Exit 84 (next to Morton Salt Plant). The Exit is on your right. At the stop sign on frontage road, turn Left. Take the second left on to highway 138 (towards Grantsville). Follow the highway (138) for five miles South  to mile marker 5. Seabase/Skybase will be on your left (East).
